I'm a developer and founder based in the greater Leipzig area — computer science at Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg, agency full-stack work from 2013, and building companies ever since (the first one co-founded while still at university). Alongside client work, I've founded or co-founded several companies — ANDERS IT, cloudsourced, Avelia Health, DroidSolutions / KULDIG, and Pauly Predictions — spanning IT consulting, managed hosting, a privacy-first health app, app development and digital culture, and chemistry software.

Outside of client and company work I run a homelab: self-hosted services on my own hardware. I'd rather own my infrastructure than rent someone else's cloud, and most of what I learn running it ends up here.

This site is where I write it down — notes on self-hosting, on building and running companies, and occasionally on the politics that shape both.
